Sebastien Pourcel looks forward to second Grand Prix win
The opening day of the FIM Motocross Grand Prix of Czech Republic got underway today, under mixed weather conditions.
The Loketske Serpentiny became really well prepared after the showers in the afternoon, when Antonio Cairoli (ITA, Yamaha) and Rui Goncalves (POR, KTM) won their qualifying heats. On the other hand, the MX1 qualifying session was dry, and was topped by Frenchman Sebastien Pourcel (FRA, Kawasaki).

Martin Zerava wins both heats at Sverepec
Martin Zerava (CZE, Honda) won this weekend’s MX3 round in Sverepec, Slovakia. The Czech faced a tough opposition, in the shape of Yves Demaria (FRA, Yamaha), who finished second overall behind the two-moto winner.

Pourcel family duo reigns in Faenza
An extremely well organized and crowd packed Monte Coralli circuit - with 29,000 weekend spectators - hosted its first Motocross Grand Prix today since 1993. It was a great comeback, with four extremely battled moto’s that ended with a Pourcel one-two, Sebastien won the MX1 GP for the first time in his career, as Christophe clinched the overall win in the MX2 class. All riders struggled with a demanding heat, showing their strength and preparation once again.

Antonio Cairoli and Christophe Pourcel ready for a hard fought Grand Prix
What is expected to be the hottest Motocross Grand Prix of the season took off today under a bright sun. The opening day of the Grand Prix Città di Faenza saw Jonathan Barragan (ESP, KTM) clinch his first pole position of the season, while Christophe Pourcel (FRA, Kawasaki) and Antonio Cairoli (ITA, Yamaha) won their qualifying heat and will start next to each other once again.
