MX World Championship - Grand Prix of Belgium in Namur (BEL) |
Stefan Everts King for the Tenth Time
Many people knew he could and he would have caught the tenth title but superstitions say it is not good to talk about something which is not finished yet. And Stefan Everts is superstitious: on Saturday he was wearing a yellow gear but he wanted a blue one for today. Sunday colour for Everts is only blue and it brings him luck. That luck, combined with his talent and his strong will, finally brought him there: to the Olympus of Motocross, with a Ten World Titles crown.

MX World Championship - Grand Prix of South Africa in Sun City (RSA) |
Today started with the usual warm up sessions but the Grand Prix of Sun City has his own fashion and it came out just before the MX2 first moto. Traditional dancers were performing along the circuit while musicians were playing the best of the local music; the link with motors was kept up by the Red Bull plane making crazy moves on the sky which was above a significant number of spectators, something about 25300 fans during the weekend.
