Stewart Finishes 1-1 and Wins US$ 100,000 at Rock Star Energy Drink US Open

James Stewart (Kawasaki) walked away with US$ 100,000 by winning both Friday and Saturday nights’ events at the Rockstar Energy Drink U.S. Open inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Ricky Carmichael (Suzuki) finished second overall and Kevin Windham (Honda) finished third. Josh Grant (Honda) swept both nights of racing in the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) AMA Supercross Lites class. Jake Weimer (Honda) finished second overall and Chris Gosselaar (Kawasaki) finished third.
