James Stewart (Kawasaki) picked up his fifth win of the season, and 16th of his career, at the Amp’d Mobile World Supercross GP/Amp’d Mobile AMA Supercross Series before a crowd of 49,973 at Reliant Stadium. Ryan Villopoto (Kawasaki) was the AMA Supercross Lites winner.

James "Bubba" Stewart (Kawasaki) became the first rider in history to sweep all three Anaheim Amp’d Mobile World Supercross GP/Amp’d Mobile AMA Supercross Series races at Angel Stadium. Ryan Villopoto (Kawasaki) picked up his fourth AMA Supercross Lites main event win.

Ricky Carmichael (Suzuki) made a triumphant return to the Amp’d Mobile World Supercross GP/Amp’d Mobile AMA Supercross Series with a spectacular win tonight before a crowd of 37,462 at AT&T Park in San Francisco (USA). Ryan Villopoto (Kawasaki) won the AMA Supercross Lites main event.

During Saturday night’s Amp'd Mobile AMA Supercross Series event in Anaheim (California, USA) reigning FIM MX2 World Champion Christophe Pourcel pulled off the track with an injury during the Lites class main event. An initial examination was performed by Dr. Bodnar in the Asterisk Mobile Medical Center and a possible compression fracture to Christophe’s right lower tibia was suspected.

AMA Racing has announced that riders Joshua Hill, Jason Thomas and Nick Wey have been penalized for using illegal fuel at round three of the Amp’d Mobile AMA Supercross Series at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif., on Jan. 20.
