08.05.2008 Press Release from Team Muxima Racing
What a day!
I believe it was the best race of the year for riders, espectators and even photographers... such nice photos i've seen all these days. But back to the race...
The team Porto Do Iobito/E.L. Sea Products/Muxima Racing was looking for results and they happened.
Joshua on the 65 class finished on the 3rd place, after the flying Mathew, wich he couldn't do anything better. He's fighting for points and he is too big for that bike, anyway he must just finished. That's what he did also on the 85 class, finishing on the 4th place, wich gave him valuable points and experience for his 1st year on a 85cc bike.

On the 125 Class, Ruhan Gous had an excellent 2nd, and prove that is faster and faster by the day, as Henry O'Kennedy, that had a bad day, with lots of cramps and arm pump, but even, he managed to finished in 4th, wich is a wonderfull result, if we look to such a competitive class and riders.
At last (but not least) on the Clubman Class, Ze Comando had to accept defeat from Gino Rossi, that rode like an arrow. "...it's a pleasure to loose to such a faster, experienced and professional rider..." (jose said). Gino got 2nd, 1st, and 2nd, and Jose got 3rd, 2nd, 1st. Gino win overall and Jose finished 2nd. I believe that Clubmans class has been this year, one of the most excitant races.
One word must go to the excellent rider Michael Benkhe, that had a crash and hurt himself. He is a podium winner. All the team wish him quick and sucssesfull recovery.
Must also be mentioned the excellent work done on the track from the members of Costal Racing. Well done.
Muxima Racing is strong as never, and is getting prepared for the next race already.
All the best to you all...
