The German Motorsport Federation (DMSB) has announced the official German MX team that will take part in the 61st edition of the Motocross of Nations to be held in Budds Creek (Maryland, USA) on the 22-23 September.

Maximilian Nagl (KTM) contests the MX1 world championships and will represent the team in the MX1 class. Dennis Schroeter (Suzuki) will represent Germany in the MX2 category. Marcus Schiffer (KTM) contests the MX2 world championships, with a podium finish at the round in Uddevalla (SWE), he is also an experienced 450cc rider and will round off the team in the Open class. Reserve rider will be Daniel Siegl (Yamaha).
