MX1 world champion Steve Ramon (BEL) will ride at the ADAC MX Masters opening in Fuerstlich Drehna (GER) on April 12th/13th. He will be accompanied by his teammate Ken de Dycker (BEL). However the two Suzuki factory riders are not the only top-stars the fans will see at the beginning of the season of the ADAC MX Masters series.
Ramon and de Dycker will have to fight KTM factory rider Maximilian Nagl (GER, KTM Red Bull Racing) and the Portuguese Joaquim Rodrigues. He is traded as one oft the hot title favourites for this years series. The two-times Supercross champion is a new teammate of ADAC MX Masters champion Marcus Schiffer (GER, both KTM Sarholz Racing).

Last weekend, in preparation for the world championships, Ramon, de Dycker and Nagl showed their skills and their guts. Nagl celebrated a considerable victory in Emmen (NED) and Ramon won in Beervelde (BEL) in front of de Dycker.
Altogether 277 pilots from 27 nations signed up for the ADAC MX Masters series. A considerable number of high-carat riders and hopeful talents next to the mentioned top stars, namely Rasmus Jorgensen (Denmark, Suzuki International Junior Team), Angus Heidecke (Pfeil Kawaski Youngster Team) from Schkeuditz or Filip Thuresson (Sweden, Suzuki International Junior Team) next to the current winners of the procreation classes Petr Smitka (ADAC MX Youngster Cup, Kölling Yamaha) and Alexsandr Tonkov (ADAC MX Junior Cup, DeTeMa motor sport) also not to be overlooked the Mattstedter Ken Roczen (Suzuki International Junior Team).

The season is opened by the ADAC MX Masters class and the ADAC MX Youngster Cup traditionally on the 1650 metres long sandy track in Fuerstlich Drehna. The riders oft he ADAC MX Junior Cup still have a break. They will start their season in Reutlingen (GER) on May 24th/25th.
Next to the widely travelled starters from Australia, Namibia, South Africa and White Russia the MSC Fuerstlich Drehna, however, can also offer a powerful local starter team. The Crinitzer Dennis Schröter (Silent Sport) and Daniel Siegl (Suzuki Inotec Ortema) from Apolda as well as the following pilots from the region wich will participate with a wild card: Toni Wolff, Ronny Herlitschke (both MSC Fuerstlich Drehna) and Lucas Olsson (BvZ Racing) in the ADAC MX Masters class as well as Jenny Seidenberg (MSC Fuerstlich Drehna), Gary Zielinski (Bluebird Racing Team) and Tom Mößlang in the ADAC MX Youngster Cup.

The ADAC

With more than 3,000 events a year the ADAC takes the Pole Position in German Motor Sports. The variety of Europe's largest automobile association (over 16 million members) ranges from Kartsport to the Rally World Championships and from Mini bike up to Moto GP. Among other things ADAC aims to provide a professional stage for talents and motorsports in Germany. Furthermore to promote talents and to strengthen the base of Motocross in the long run.
