Pay back day for MX1 world champion Steve Ramon?

Ramon and Teka Suzuki WMX1 team mate Ken de Dycker try their luck in Reutlingen

MX1-Champion Steve Ramon is looking forward to the second round of the ADAC MX Masters event on May 24./25. in Reutlingen/Baden Wuerttemberg. This time he wants to be on top of the podium. It’s pay back time – he wants to restore his honour, backed up by his Teka Suzuki WMX1 team mate Ken de Dycker. He has cured his injuries and will also participate. Ken de Dycker, ADAC MX Masters champion 2005, competes for the first time with his ADAC MX Masters colleagues since 2005.

Their biggest competitor is Max Nagl (KTM Red Bull Factory Racing) – the overall winner of the season opener in Fuerstlich Drehna. Nagl is absolutely determined to fetch the title. And chances are good. He is in first in the overall placings of the ADAC MX Masters class, in front of Ramon and the Hungary Kornel Nemeth (KTM Sarholz Racing). In the MX1 World Championship Ramon is on second place, de Dycker on place five in front of Nagl on place six and Nemeth on place ten. So the crowd in Reutlingen can expect some thrilling races.
In 2007 Max Nagl has secured the overall victory for himself on the 1800 metres long track at the sports park. He conquered Florent Richier (Kawasaki Elf Team Pfeil) and Dennis Schroeter (Silent Sport).
Altogether host 1. RMC Reutlingen is expecting almost 200 MX riders from all over the world. Besides the ADAC MX Masters class the riders of the ADAC MX Junior Cup will compete. It is the first running of the season for them. Dennis Ulrich (DMSB KTM Kosak MX Junior Team) from Neu-Ulm is one of the favorites. He just secured himself the lead in the overall placings of the European Championship in the 85 cc class The ADAC MX Youngster Cup riders have a break.
